The FREE 2-Day Young Doctors’ Camp starts every year in the month of May. Students will be divided into groups to experience and understand the various departments and procedures at the Yashoda Hospitals at Secunderabad, Somajiguda, Malakpet, and Hitec City.

Their activities will include the following:

• Visiting Out-Patient Department
• Visiting the Diagnostic Centre
• A visit to the Operation Theatre
• Visiting the In-Patient Wards
• Visiting the Cath Lab
• Going to Blood Banks
• Visiting the Cancer Institute
• Visiting Nursing Stations
• Learning CPR and Basic Techniques (taking a BP reading, etc.)
• Accompanying Doctors in the Emergency Rooms
• Attending Lectures by Prominent Doctors
• Lunch with Key Doctors
• Facility Tour

At the end of the programme, students would be awarded Certificates of Participation and would be considered graduates of the YDC.
