About the Doctor

Dr. Bhavani Prasad Ganji is a neurosurgeon who completed his schooling at Telangana State Residential School, Sarvail, Nalgonda (Dt). He studied MBBS at Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada (Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences). After his graduation, he persuaded DNB (Neurosurgery) with the National Board of Examinations at Apollo Hospitals, Chennai, under eminent senior neurosurgeons. He joined as a senior resident at the prestigious Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), where he was selected as an assistant professor and worked for four years.

He had experience in a wide variety of cerebral cases, including skull base, cerebrovascular tumours, CVJ anomalies, epilepsy surgeries, minimally invasive spine surgeries for spinal tumours, and spinal injuries. In addition to stereo EEG (Electroencephalogram) for cases of epilepsy, he was involved in more than 200 cases of DBS (Deep Brain Stimulation) for conditions like Parkinson’s disease, tremors, dystonia, and epilepsy.
