He was also given the additional responsibility of Chief Vaccinating Officer when the vaccine was introduced in January 2021, for which he developed the protocols across the NH group and served as the liaison to receive the vaccines from both public and private sources. To date, 2,50,000+ doses of the vaccine have been administered throughout Bangalore, and he has coordinated 500+ camps.
