He has done his post-graduation in general surgery from the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry, and his MCh in Surgical Gastroenterology from G.V. Panth Hospital, New Delhi, one of India’s most prestigious medical institutes.
