What is Stiff Big Toe?
Stiff Big Toe (Hallux Rigidus) usually develops in adults during middle and late adulthood i.e between the age of 30 and 60 years. It is a condition that affects the hallux – the joint where the big toe connects the foot, by increasing stress and inflammation causing pain in the joint.
