Cervical radiculopathy is a condition of the cervical spine wherein one or more nerve roots present in the cervical spine becomes damaged or inflamed due to compression, which results in a disturbance in neurological function. It results in various neurological deficits such as altered reflexes, pain, weakness, or numbness which may radiate in the areas of neck to shoulder, arm, hand, or fingers. This condition is sometimes also called a pinched nerve.
