What are the risk factors of ACL Injury?
Common risk factors include:
- Females: They are predominantly at risk of developing an ACL injury and are likely to be at risk due to different hormonal, muscle strength, and anatomical causes.
- Sportsperson: Individuals playing sports such as soccer, football, basketball, gymnastics are at risk of an ACL injury.
