Background

45 years old female with history of high grade Pleomorphic Sarcoma of breast with lung metastasis, now presented with complaints of shortness of breath and mild hemoptysis

Diagnosis And Treatment:

Bronchoscopy revealed near complete occlusion of the right main bronchus with a mass. Tumor was arising from the right lower lobe- basal segment. She was intubated with rigid bronchoscope and the tumor debulking was done with electrosurgical snare and 1.1 Cryo Probe. Post procedure complete patency of right bronchus was achieved. Patient’s symptoms improved after the procedure
