Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure patient’s experience in the Hospital is positive
  • Supervise the work of all the staff in the department and drive them to work for the smooth functioning of the department
  • Visit the patients being discharged, explain them the feedback forms and collect filled in feedback forms
  • Analyze the feedback forms daily, consolidate the comments and suggestions and prepare a department wise report.
  • Forward reports to the respective department HODs for rectification or corrective measures
  • Ensure that the problems are being rectified by sending compiled list of complaints / suggestions every fortnight to concerned HODs
  • Ensure that the complaint / suggestion box available at OPD, Diagnostics and help desk are opened, analyzed and send reports to the respective HODs (twice in a week) for necessary action
  • Ensure that monthly report on patients feedback and other hospital statistics indicating the performance of the hospital across various departments are handed over to the management
